Kristie was my nurse when I was moved to a regular room from the ER. She met me with a confident smile. I teased her that I needed a recliner chair when she asked if I needed anything. Sure enough, about an hour later, here she comes with a recliner.

Kristie was super efficient in any area and met all my needs with a knowing aura about her. When I had a concern about a problem, she was right there, reassured me, and had my doctor in my room within 5 minutes. Kristie also kept my wife comfortable by offering to get her a cot, blanket, and pillow so she could spend the night with me.
