Kristie went above and beyond to cheer up a patient who had been in the hospital for a long time. Being an observant nurse, she discovered the patient liked the outdoors. On a nice winter day, she took the patient outside and even invited the patient's family to come so they could spend time together outside of the hospital room. "It was a heartwarming experience," the patient's physical therapist said. "Kristie is the best!"
