We had a demise mom who was having a very hard time. Kristin stayed way past her shift to assist this young mom through the process. She also attended the funeral to support the family.
A Sterile Processing Department employee spoke very highly of Kristin and her bedside manner, as well as her patient advocacy skills during her daughter's pregnancy. She stated Kristin is the best nurse in the world and made her proud to be a MGL employee.
