Multiple staff nominated Kristin. She serves as a charge nurse and has been a staff nurse in 4B since her graduation a few years ago. She has recently become one of our first Patient Care Facilitators, pioneering that process for us. She has served as the Unit-Based Council chair and has been very active in our "Transforming Care At The Bedside" processes in the unit and housewide.
