Kristin has been a constant help since R started in the Telehealth program after he received an ICD. We have so appreciated having someone immediately available over the last two years through several difficult health problems. Kristin has given us direction and contacts as R waited for back surgery, experienced UTIs, and suffered from two subdural hematomas. She contacted his primary care team several times and urged him to go to the emergency room when he needed it. She has been a constant advocate for his care. Thank You!
