Often, nurses no longer in direct patient care are underappreciated. However, their daily work impacts more patients, family members, caregivers, and nurses than one could count. Kristin is an unsung hero that silently works long hours, continually pines for ways to improve patient care, supports frontline nurses, and even jumps in to provide hands-on support during an unprecedented global pandemic. Kristin is the teammate who does and continues to do all these things. Kristin is a DAISY Nurse for her dedication to nursing day in and day out.
