Kristin was never too busy to answer my questions or get me to the bathroom. You could look out into the hall and see her almost running, but when she gets in my room it's like her time is all yours. She tries to make sure you have everything you need and everything you want before she leaves. It does not matter how large or small your request is, it is taken care of. She got to know me so well, she knew before I asked. She was wonderful.
