Kristin is an excellent example of a nurse leader within Multicare. Her teams are effective, engaged, and leading growth within the system because she knows how to support others to recognize their potential. She leads from the ground level, keeping tabs on the day-to-day needs while also looking at the big picture. Kristin is a truly exceptional nurse who does everything in her power to help those around her achieve their potential, ultimately improving patient outcomes. She has brought a renewed sense of ownership and empowerment to the Vascular Access Team through her leadership skills.
