Kris has been my son's primary nurse in the Special Care Nursery. Having a child in the special care unit can be scary, frustrating, and exhausting. Kris went above and beyond to assure me that he was always in good hands, and made sure to explain all the medical terms to me so I could understand. She kept me informed of progress and setbacks and took extra special care of my little guy.
