I saw many nurses, doctors, therapists, CNAs, etc. Some good, some better, but one dear soul stood out as a shining star and that was Kristin. She exuded confidence, she knew her job and she would spend time explaining/making doctor's orders understandable. She always was receptive. She was kind. She shared herself on a level that literally made me feel like I could safely walk out of that room and my mom would be just fine in her care. That was a privilege that I did not experience with that level of assuredness during this three-month excursion. I thank you for all your care and the job you do!
