Kristin showed compassion for a young patient in crisis. Upon transfer, unexpected events occurred, but she stayed right by the patient's side. She knew the patient's history and knew the care they needed. The continued care, dedication, and knowledge demonstrated by Kristin was the best thing for this patient. The empathy that was witnessed for the patient and the family was passed along to receiving staff. Thank you for providing the best possible care to this young patient.
