Kristin showed compassion for a young patient in crisis. Upon transfer, unexpected events occurred, but she stayed right by the patient's side. She knew the patient's history and knew the care they needed. The continued care, dedication, and knowledge demonstrated by Kristin was the best thing for this patient.
