Kristin contributed and took the lead on this project to ensure that every member of the healthcare team felt valued and recognized for their contributions to this initiative. Kristin’s hands-on approach to de-escalating situations showcases her accessibility and compassion as a leader, advocating for safety not only in the mental health arena but for all of Howard County Medical Center.
