Kristin was my night nurse, multiple times during my 27-day hospital stay. Kristin always took the time to discuss whatever topic for which I needed information and work the results of those discussions into my care plans. I always felt like my care was being maximized. Kristin would also make sure she followed-up with the hospital staff who needed to be involved (Pharmacy, Hospitalist, Wound Care, etc.). Kristin was very effective in working these various interfaces.
