I met Kristin when my mom was admitted to the hospital because her tumor had grown. From the day I met her to the day we were transferred to Francis house she went from being someone who evaluated my mom every day to a dear friend. You don't meet people like Kristin every day, an individual who truly cares. She was there for every hard decision my family and I had to make, to the days that I just needed someone to vent to. She began visiting me every day and would spend at least an hour just listening and offering comfort and support. I can never thank her enough for going above and beyond during such a difficult time. Every one that comes to the hospital should have their own Kristin. She is an extraordinary person. She goes above and beyond not just for her patients but also their families. Kristin, you will forever have a place in our hearts.
