Kristin was nominated by an EMRMC employee who said, “She is a rising STAR. She has served in the interim director role and also covers the unit in the director’s absence. She is an outstanding resource for all of the staff. She has several different hats, working with hemodialysis, oncology, and palliative care. She is very loyal to EMRMC and is approachable. All disciplines utilize Kristin as a go-to person. She loves to get involved with unit issues to get them resolved. Excellence in patient care is her goal.”
