From the moment we arrived, this nurse was super helpful, informative, and warm and brought reassurance to our circumstances with our son. Kristin went beyond the minimum standard of care, which is excellent anyway and made us feel our son would be given everything possible to feel at home and comfortable. She was so accommodating and very gentle and tender when interacting with him. Due to dehydration, it was difficult to administer his IV fluids and compound an already difficult situation. He was upset and moving around. Kristin was still able to get the IV in and remained patient and calm in a stressful moment. Our son was given bubbles and a windmill book accompanied by a teddy bear for distraction and comfort. She also asked us if we wanted to incorporate our religious beliefs during our stay which was very appreciated. Kristin is clearly a wonderful nurse and we are so grateful we had her during our stay!
