Kristin had such a cheerful attitude and displayed genuine excitement over each interaction with the baby. When we needed anything Kristin was there promptly and super helpful with even the finest details. Being from a town of many large hospitals I realize how rare this warm, positive atmosphere is. We are grateful that all her interactions have been supportive and even going the extra mile.
