Kristina Biava, RN

Kristina was with my brother when I arrived, and she asked me if his confusion was normal. I said no and she and I talked. I answered questions she had for me, and she listened and answered my questions. I had tried to get someone. I was at my wit's end and getting the care he needed. His nurse got all his/my concerns addressed. I don't know what I would have done without her attention and compassion. I was so impressed with her professionalism. I wish, I pray, I could have her commended for the peace of mind she gave me.
