I went to the Infusion Center to receive COVID antibodies. I was a very sick man. Kristie came to my care to bring me inside and from the moment I met her, she treated me like family. She was very patient as I made my way inside. She not only did her job, but she also asked about my family, my children and my grandson. She smiled and told me how sorry she was I was feeling bad. She shared a little about herself and family and bragged about her co-workers and her hospital. She is a proud Carilion Employee, and it is obvious she loves her job and truly enjoys caring for people. She did a fantastic job that day and I walked away feeling better….not because of the medicine but because of the way Kristie cared for me. You are lucky to have her as an employee. She is a tribute to Carilion and CNRV.
