Kristina was a welcome call before my procedure; at 76 years old, sometimes I get things confused. Kristina took her time and went over things over and over just to make sure I got it right. She was patient, understandable, and articulate with me. She eased my mind over the nervousness that I was going to screw something up. I could hear the compassion in her voice.
