My father was an inpatient in November 2017 at BRMC. I was there every day and Kristina Groll was my father's nurse for 2 of those days. Kristina was the most attentive friendly and caring nurse. She took the time to explain to me everything that was going on with my dad. I asked her to ask the doctor something that was worrying me. I couldn't be at the hospital before noon, so she made sure to express my concerns to the doctor when she came by in the morning. As soon as I got there, Kristina made a point to come to my dad's room right away to explain what the doctor had said. She was so kind to my elderly father. She always made sure he was comfortable and pain-free. I appreciated her so much because I know how busy the nurses are.
Kristina seems to really enjoy being a nurse and taking care of her patients. I really appreciated her taking the time to explain in detail everything about my dad's care. I also appreciated her compassion and hard work.
