As a patient who received pain meds, I've found it hard to remember the names of all the fantastic nurses who work here at Encompass in Fitchburg, WI. However, Kristina was my nurse the day I was discharged from this rehab hospital. She listened carefully to my concerns about leaving and supported my various thoughts about medications, being home alone, and the possibility of transferring to a skilled nursing facility instead of going home. Kristina reassured me I would get my midday meal before I left and that going home seemed the right decision and not to worry. She showed such compassion and remained professional. All the staff were wonderful, professional, and concerned. Your food was over-the-top good! Thank you so much.
