Kristina has been my nurse for about four nights of my stay. The night before last, she saw that my IV pain meds were set to expire. She continued to reach out to my doctor until he renewed the order. She knew the kind of pain I was in because she told me that I have been a good patient while being here, and she wasn’t used to seeing me cry. Last night, she found out my vein blew. She made sure to find a nurse that is known to be able to hit the vein on the first try. I am apparently a very hard stick. She is an amazing nurse and made my stay here great… well, as good as a hospital stay can be. LOL. She was wonderful.
