Kristina was amazing, delightful, energetic, full of compassion and understanding. She went out of her way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and easy on me as it possibly could be. She made a horrific and terrifying experience so much easier and less stressful for me. I am very grateful to her for that. She went out of her way to find me something to allow me to comb my hair out. This doesn't seem like much but when you have very long, thick hair it is a lot. She ended up finding some spray-in hair detangler, a comb, and a pick. It still took about a half hour but I have hair left. Being as ill as I was and in bed for two days it was knotted up pretty good, without the detangler I would have never been able to comb it out. She also double checked a discharge order for me. As far as I knew I would not get out for at least another day or two. I needed to be watched for a while after the number of medications required to stop my allergic reaction. The medications caused both my blood pressure and heart rate to drop. She constantly was checking on me, helping me in and out of bed for the bathroom. She was very attentive and was doing everything in her power to make certain that the different doctors involved were all on the same page. She was truly worried about my well being. I would like to thank her for the outstanding job she does as a nurse. She is definitely more than that.
