This nurse stepped in while my husband was dying and explained all the options available to our family. He was suffering, and we were lost. She took the time to gently explain that my husband was dying and ensure we understood. She also made numerous calls to the doctor to ensure my husband was comfortable and update him on his declining status. She provided the best, most loving care for him. She also took care of us when we were lost. She made us feel cared for and loved. She prepared us for his passing, and she is nothing short of an angel. She made a difference in our lives and made my husband’s passing so much easier. She sees what she did as her job, but I assure you she went above and beyond. Her kindness and dedication to her patients and their families will never be forgotten by this family.
