Kristina is the "best". She is kind, gentle and knows her patient well. Two doctors were going to perform another fiberoptic laryngoscopy without realizing my dad already had the test done earlier but Kristina stopped them and let them know the test was done. She is an angel. Gotta love her. Also, she is so professional and makes her patient feel so much better.
