It was a blessing to have Kristina as my nurse! She was professional, compassionate, and understanding of my situation. I instantly knew Kristina's hands were the ones I wanted to be in.
While doing her work, she explained just what she was doing, then followed it with, "Do you have any questions?" It seems questions were not necessary as her explanations were always sufficient. Kristina certainly has the gift of excellent communication skills!
It was my personal goal to get my testing completed so I could sleep in my own bed that evening, and my hard-working nurse got the ball rolling for me! Before I knew it, Kristina was going through discharge papers with me and I would soon be on my way. My husband and I were both compelled to give her a big hug before leaving as she went above and beyond for both of us. If you didn't already know, Kristin is a genuine asset to Beaumont's staff!
