Kristina was very understanding and professional. She listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I have very small veins and was stuck twice earlier in the week for blood work with no success. She checked my arm and decided to seek additional help to ensure I was not uncomfortable and to receive the utmost care. Thank you, Kristina, for listening and understanding.
