Tina seemed to always be there at just the right moment before the call light was ever put on. She was always 1-2 steps ahead of every situation and had answers whenever she was asked. She was on top of things! She called for help when needed, she instructed aides that they could move on to whatever they needed to, thanked them for their help and let them know she could do her thing now so they could do theirs. Tina consistently was polite, confident, friendly, and full of energy to get things done, yet patient and reassuring to the patient. GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR! Kept the patient at ease. Tina is an asset to the ICU in the QUALITY of care she provides for patients with an encouraging and efficient way of handling the changes and needs of the patient. Skilled and knowledgeable! Inserted G-Tube with ease and explained everything to the patient thoroughly as she worked. I would want Tina to be my nurse any day. She's so smart and on top of the needs of her patients and provides a calm and encouraging atmosphere even in crisis.
