We had an older patient who came in with his wife and needed daily infusions. After meeting with the patient and his wife it was clear that the patient would not be able to complete the infusions by himself and his wife unfortunately due to some medical issues was not going to be able to help him. It wasn't ideal due to the patient's age and wife's medical issues they drive to the infusion center daily. Kristina went out of her way to stop by the patients every day after work to help them with the infusion. The patient and his wife were very appreciative. Kristina went above and beyond to make sure the patient received the medical care he needed.
