When I think of an exceptional leader, I think of a leader who inspires positive changes, creates an environment of trust, compassion, mutual respect, and genuineness, and is a role model. That is how I see Kristine. She manages two units and numerous employees, but she always makes you feel like you are her top priority. Kristine is innovative by bringing the first mobility associate to the hospital. She is passionate about what she does. Kristine leads with influence rather than authority and practices servant leadership with the innate desire to fulfill the department's needs.
