Competent: Knew exactly what she was doing- meds, machines, advice, etc...Usually one step ahead.

Bedside manner- empathetic, happy, kept my wife in good spirits, never flustered in stressful times, and my wife's ischemic colitis was very painful, 10 out of 10, and wasn't diagnosed for over 20 hours, and she could have died. Yet Kristine was composed and supportive in all that.

Timely- My wife had pain meds, kidney meds (she is a kidney transplant patient) and Kristine NEVER missed the time set for her meds.

Sense of Humor: Despite all the stress and pain, Kristine was happy, relieving the tension and engaging my wife about things that made her happy, kids, grandkids ad family stories!

Excellent Rapport with Doctors: facilitated her medical condition updates from 3 Doctors!

Interpersonal skills- Kristine was awesome, easy to talk to and eased the tension and stress.

She loves her job and looks forward to it each day. I saw her care for patients really making a difference. She made a very difficult situation bearable, and she was always comforting.
