Kristine Cloutier 4, RN

Kristine took care of my 93-year-old grandmother both nights she was in the hospital on 7 East. My grandmother speaks only Arabic, and Kristine spent time creating laminated papers with translations in Arabic and English for common terms to address her needs. She paid extra attention all night and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable all night, as she couldn’t sleep. It was her first time in a hospital for being ill. Kristine made it as comfortable and accommodating as possible and allowed us, the family, to go home and rest without worrying about her. Kristine should be commended and appreciated for all her kindness.
