My mother felt embarrassed about having to go to the bathroom frequently due to her colonoscopy. Kristine reassured her that there's nothing to be embarrassed about, as it is expected. Her energy made my mom feel so safe and comfortable, that she wanted her to be her nurse again the next night if possible. The procedure went well and without me on her side the second night, it made her feel at ease Kristine was there for her. Also, she is very attentive, not just to my mom, as I saw her respond to the patient when they called a code blue.
