My 90 year old father had a fall at home resulting in an ambulance ride to Southwest General. Immediately, nurse Kristy put our family at ease with her compassion, sense of humor, and remarkable nursing skill set. She thoroughly explained all tasks and results as they came in. As a nurse myself, it was so refreshing and validating to see such an ambitious individual that one could tell enjoyed every aspect of the positive patient and family experience. She is such an asset to Southwest General and has restored my faith in the profession of nursing. There is no one more deserving to be acknowledged for her dedication. She is a fantastic nurse.
