I had had an exceedingly rough night after having had an ablation. I needed to talk over a few things with Chris, who came to me to make sure my stay went well. Her gentle and direct ways of handling issues are to be commended and are a strength that every leader/manager should exhibit. Her kind, compassionate professionalism in dealing with all at hand left me restored and feeling that my needs were addressed in a timely and fair manner.
