My purpose for writing is to again express my appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional care that was given by all of the staff to my dad during his stay over the Christmas holiday. While I am reluctant to single out one particular person in charge of his care, I must make mention of one of your RN's that was a Godsend, Kris Moody.
Kris was extremely professional, compassionate, and helpful as a soundboard for me as I navigated decisions that needed to be made as it pertained to my father's care and future. As it turned out, he passed away several days later and it was a blessing to us knowing that he received such excellent care at such a difficult time.
