I was there for my pre-op appointments. I had a hard time finding the spine area for my 2nd appointment and was running late because of that. Kristy was so kind and patient with me and made me feel so welcome and comfortable my entire appointment. Even though we started late, she never rushed me and she made me feel very special and important. I was so thankful for her loving and kind heart through this process as it is hard and scary preparing for surgery. She made me feel safe and at peace with any and all questions I had. To top it all off, she took the time to walk me back to the main area where my car was so that I didn't get lost. Kristy went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and important. I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work and dedication to her patients. She made this experience the most incredible one I have ever had. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
