We were in the ER late at night because my mom was being transferred from another hospital. We were tired, we were very scared, and my my mom was still quite ill.

From the minute Kristy was assigned to my mom, she did everything possible to provide her with outstanding care. She was kind, she was gentle, and she even paid attention to small things like getting pillows to prop up my mom's arm so the IV didn't have to hurt as much.

Kristy was a constant presence and we felt cared for and like we were not alone. She made my mom feel safe, which is more important than you can imagine when you are in a hospital.

Kristy is not just an excellent nurse, she is also an extraordinary human being. She is funny and kinds and compassionate- qualities that are rare and special. We really appreciated everything she did to make our ER visit less scary and I can't imagine how we would have gotten through it without her.

Please thank Kristy for us and tell her she made such a difference in our lives. We will always be grateful for her kindness and commitment to providing outstanding care.
