Kristy Ozment, LPN

Our experience with Kristy was what helped us get through a tense, uncertain night’s stay in the hospital when my dad underwent a kidney stone procedure. He had to be admitted overnight with excruciating pain that the doctors were trying to get to the bottom of, and Kristy was there through it all, even into the next day. She was attentive, caring, and thorough with her explanations and information. You can see in Kirsty’s eyes that she cares about her position with Beauregard Health System, but more important than that, the patients under her care. One of the things that really stood out to us was the way she represented the hospital and staff rather than just herself. She repeatedly referred to herself as “we” in a sense of “how can we help” or “what can we do for you.” This just goes to show the heart of a person who is passionate about her love for the health of her community.
