I lost my baby at 39 weeks. Kristy was amazing. It took 2 days to prep me for labor. Kristy coordinated with Spiritual Care, anesthesia, my doctors, the other nurses, the photographer and the funeral home to make sure I got great care over 2 days.

She sat and talked with me, made sure my husband's needs were met and kept visitor's away. She shared her heart, shared her knowledge. I received excellent care from everyone and I want to say "Thank you to Labor & Delivery in every way I can."

Kristy demonstrated a great deal of leadership and care in a tough situation.
