Krizle Abarquez, RGN

I went in for surgery recently. I was understandably really nervous and I had arrived at the hospital alone as my husband was looking after my son. Krizle came to meet me in the reception straight away. She had a huge, kind, welcoming smile and instantly made me feel welcome and at ease. She took the time to explain everything and help me understand the whole process. She was so fantastic and completely squashed all of my anxiety. The aftercare I received from Krizle was also outstanding. She was so thorough and attentive. And she again explained what was happening and why. She was like a friend. We chatted about programmes and books. I’m sure my recovery was enormously helped by her as she made sure I was in a positive frame of mind. She was excellent, and I can’t thank her enough.
