Krystal was always there when we needed her. Meds were always on time. If she couldn't get there, she made sure someone else did. Even though our doctor was the hospitalist, we wanted my husband's oncologist to know about his hospitalization and she made sure he did. Because of her, my husband's oncologist did come to see us. We are new at all this chemo stuff and side effects and she talked with us about some of it. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable even though she was very busy. When she finally was able to go home after her shift, she still came down and talked to us about her dog, house, etc. and said good bye. She exemplified what you expect as a good nurse. There were other nurses who were good as well, but Krystal stands out.
