Earlier this month my husband and I came into the birthing center at WCGH because I was having my first ever contractions. Upon entering, Krystal immediately greeted us and was very upbeat and friendly. As first-time parents, we were very nervous about each and everything but with Krystal, we felt extremely at ease. Ultimately we were sent home that night but came back about 6 hours later. We were so happy that Krystal was still there to help ease the transition into labor. Before she left that morning she assured us that she would be back that night and couldn't wait to meet our baby. After everything settled down Krystal became our favorite nurse simply due to her supportive nature. She made all three of us very comfortable. We hope that if we go through this again we have the same amazing nurses and staff. Thank you so much!
