Each day Krystal came in and greeted me with a smile. When she came to help me use the toilet she ensured that I was cleaned and changed me if necessary. Krystal made sure I was comfortable every time she saw me. I had a pressure sore on my rear and she made sure I was rotated every 2 hours and my other 2 wounds were changed daily. Her positive attitude made me feel good. I thank her for everything she did for me.
