As soon as Krystal came into my mother's room, she rocked it! She was very friendly, happy, and informative. She cleaned and organized the room immediately to make my mother feel less cluttered and anxious. She very quickly addressed all of our questions and concerns about dressing changes and medications. She took the time to get all of my mother's wires and tubes untangled and better situated. Krystal came in and assisted the tech with cleaning my mother, changing her gown, and getting her ready for bedtime. In the 24 days we've been here, Krystal is the second nurse I've seen assist a tech with changing a patient after a bowel movement in the bed or helping clean and turn a patient. She thoroughly assessed my mother, checking her heart and breath sounds, and checking circulation in her feet and lower legs. She also answered questions to check her cognition. Krystal is very kind, attentive, and answered every question and every need we had all before 10 pm.
