Krystal cares; besides making sure my needs were met and that I was always comfortable during her shift, she listened to me. I am newly diagnosed with diabetes. I am frustrated and caught off guard. During a routine blood sugar check last night, she didn’t just help me check my blood sugar levels, but she read the frustration on my face, she sat down and listened to my fears. She listened when I told her my dad died from this last year. Krystal gave me encouraging words, which left one with teary eyes upon her departure from me. That meant the world to me.
