A very quiet, unassuming sweet person, Krystal Hinton asked questions regarding any needs I had or any questions. Within minutes, all was resolved. I could tell her interest in helping me by her sincere attitude. I told her my 96-year-old mother was in ER, I was unable to see her, and she tracked her and reported when Mom returned to Miller's Manor. Krystal's perseverance in helping me eased my mind.
