Krystal McCarty always came into my room with a smile on her face, she was always prompt, and she just had an all-around uplifting spirit about her. She treated me like a person. Krystal did amazing at not over-explaining but keeping in mind that just because I was a nurse, didn't mean that I fully understood what was going on all the time. She always made sure all my needs were met. I can see that Krystal is truly in this field for all the right reasons. She is an amazing nurse with a heart of gold and I am lucky to have had her as my nurse.
