Krystal goes above and beyond with everything she does; whether it is passing meds to performing a bath, her commitment to excellence is absolutely exceptional. The compassion she shows to the patient and the family is so heartfelt especially when the family needs it the most. Her patient assessment skills are beyond expectation. If there were issues with our mother (whether it was medication orders, or her blood pressure issues) she was always advocating for her and she would always collaborate with the physicians and health care team. Her calm voice made us feel secure and confident. Even though our mother was unresponsive, she spoke to her and always included her in the conversation. She showed her the utmost respect as a person and not just as a body. She would spend most of her time with her patient whether applying eye drops or turning our mother. She always made us feel special and a priority. The comfort she showed us as a family will never be forgotten.
